"This one was a very unique find, it is located off the main road up a small track but is easy to find as well advertised. A good selection of desserts and scones were had chocolate cake and a cherry scone. All very very nice, tea room decor is amazing, at times we went we were only ones there. It is small so if busy would be cramped but worth a visit!!"

"Warm welcome and the most delicious homemade soup we've ever eaten! The cakes looked wonderful but we were a little pushed for time - we'll have to come back and try them another day."

"Well, if you were trying to find the best soup in the country - this place is your solution! The portion is perfect, flavour and texture is spot on, service is just on the different level. We also had two types of cake and oh my god, never tried anything better than that… Warm Chocolate cake and Rhubarb and raspberry crumble is the only thing you can wish for in UK rainy weather. Definitely will be back"

"This is a fabulous little tea room, with everything served to perfection and with love and pride. The atmosphere was perfect too - the log burner and the vintage crockery really added to the whole experience on a chilly January afternoon."

"Found this place on a grey, drizzly Monday afternoon and stopped in for coffee and a lamb hotpot. Quite frankly it was *delicious*. The fact that this woman does this all from her actual kitchen, alone, is incredible. Go and enjoy (but don't rush)! You won't regret it."

"Must visit in Eyam! Although we’ve arrived 5 minutes before closure (open on Sundays 11am-5pm) the lovely host made us tea and served us her delicious, with love home baked scones. The tea was served with cute cups and cutlery. We sat in the beautiful outside area with flowers blooming. We have been invited to roam around in the private garden and look at all the flowers. Due to network problems, the card machine didn’t work but the friendly lady offered us to transfer the money once we would have reception again - this is pure kindness and trust in people which is rare to find these days. The visit at the tea house was the highlight of the day and we would recommend it to everyone! Dog friendly."
